At Delights, we are committed to providing fresh, quality sweets at unbeatable prices. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict 3-hour refund window.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 hours of receiving your order.

  • After 3 hours from purchase, no refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be processed.

  • Refunds are only available if:

    • The order is incorrect.

    • The product is damaged upon arrival.

    • The product is expired or unfit for consumption.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 3 hours of delivery via email or phone.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. State the reason for your refund request.

3. Refund Options
If your request is approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • Replacement – We resend the correct or fresh product.

  • Full Refund – Returned to your original payment method.

4. Exclusions
We will not issue refunds if:

  • The request is made after 3 hours of purchase/delivery.

  • The product has been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with (unless this is the cause of the issue).

  • The problem is due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
